What type of clients do you work with?
Cultural institutions, hospitality brands, public organisations, and businesses who want an identity built to last rather than trend.
How long does a project take?
Depends on the size of the "what are we, really" question. A focused identity project runs a few months. A full repositioning, with naming, strategy and a design system, can run six months to a year. We'll give you a real timeline once we know the scope, not a placeholder one to get you to sign.
Where are you based? Can we work with you if we're not in Brussels?
We're based in Brussels, and yes. Plenty of our longest relationships run at a distance.
Is SIGN certified B Corp?
SIGN is part of VO Group Communications, which received B Corp certification in November 2025. B Corp certification means the group meets rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
