Events
SIGN is looking for an experienced Senior Designer to work with our team on events projects from first concept to final roll-out. You’ll lead the creative side of projects and shape ideas into strong, flexible event visual communication and branding. You’ll work closely with our sister agencies VO Event and VO Europe, and help us pitch for new work.
We’re looking for designers who are experimenting with AI, exploring new tools and rethinking how brands are made. Craft still comes first for us, and we’re curious about what’s next.

Responsibilities
— Lead creative and branding projects for events from concept to delivery, working closely with other designers, project managers and our sister agencies VO Event and VO Europe
— Present and defend creative work to clients with clarity and confidence
— Design and visualise event spaces in 3D (stage, booths, signage, displays) and prepare production-ready files
— Produce comprehensive creative decks
— Contribute to pitches and new business proposals
— Guide and give feedback to junior designers when needed
— Deliver the highest creative quality while respecting client needs, timelines and budgets
Requirements
— 5+ years of experience in events graphic design, visualisation and branding, ideally in a studio or agency
— A strong portfolio of events dedicated design
— Proficient in Adobe suite, SketchUp with Figma as a plus
— AI-savvy
— Comfortable presenting to clients and working on your own
— Rigorous, organised and at ease with several projects at once
— Fluent French and English; or Dutch plus French/English
