The Brussels Ombudsman commissioned us to create a ‘brand’ for her organisation.

To lay the foundations for this work, we ran a positioning workshop to establish the brand framework underpinning the naming exercise and the visual identity. The brand language and keywords emerging from the workshop enabled us to create an identity that is both robust and flexible, meeting the needs for trust, active listening and support.

After producing the brand guidelines, we designed several annual and thematic reports. With each project, the brand universe is enriched, whilst remaining true to the fundamentals of the identity.
